Residents Rescued Amid Missile Attack Debris
On the 13th (local time), Russia conducted an airstrike on an apartment in a central Ukrainian city, killing at least six people and injuring 25, Ukrainian authorities reported.
Major foreign media reported that Oleksandr Vilkul, mayor of Kryvyi Rih city in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, central Ukraine, stated via Telegram that "unfortunately, six people have already died. Rescue operations are currently underway" regarding the Russian airstrike that day.
In addition, at least 25 people were injured, and some residents were reported to be trapped under the building debris.
Earlier, Kryvyi Rih city authorities announced that Russia attacked the area's apartments with missiles that morning, causing numerous casualties.

Residents reported hearing at least two explosions.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack on Telegram, saying, "Russian murderers continue their war against residential buildings and ordinary cities and citizens." Kryvyi Rih is also President Zelensky's hometown.
Additionally, air raid alerts were issued across Ukraine that morning, and military officials in the Kyiv region stated that the air defense system intercepted all missiles heading toward Kyiv.
The Ukrainian military's high command announced that out of 14 cruise missiles launched by Russia that day, 10 were intercepted, and out of 4 Iranian-made drones, 1 was intercepted.
There has been no response from Russia regarding this attack. Russia has not acknowledged responsibility for civilian casualties during this war and maintains that the airstrikes target military objectives.
Russia instead claims that Ukraine is shelling across the border during its counteroffensive operations.
