40s Man Who Pushed Bystander Trying to Break Up Fight and Pulled Down Pants Arrested
A man in his 40s who, while arguing with his girlfriend intoxicated, pushed a bystander's face with his hand and took off his pants was arrested by the police.
The Gwangju Seobu Police Station announced on the 5th that they have arrested and are investigating A (41) on charges of public indecency and assault.
A is accused of taking off his pants and exposing his private parts in front of a motel in Chipyeong-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, around 4:30 a.m. that day, and pushing the faces of nearby citizens.
