Silla University Hosts 'Silla Job Festival'
The Silla University University Job Plus Center held the ‘Silla Job Festival’ to support career development and employment and entrepreneurship for current students, graduates, and local youth.
The event, held on the 1st at the Silla University Comprehensive Lecture Hall, was conducted as part of the university employment support network activation project.
The event featured four zones: the ‘Company Zone’ providing employment consulting and corporate recruitment information; the ‘Recruitment Zone’ offering an all-in-one interview package and special lectures by company representatives; the ‘Promotion Zone’ promoting employment support projects and youth employment policies; and the ‘Experience Zone’ operating various side events.
In the ‘Company Zone,’ HR managers from 16 outstanding local companies across various fields participated in customized employment information and recruitment consultations, and a special lecture titled ‘Understanding New Industry Automobiles’ was delivered by Ha Jong-ryang, Deputy General Manager of Renault Korea Motors, sharing field experience in the automotive industry with young people.
Additionally, various experiences and events such as InBody measurement, sports taping experience, darts, employment tarot, personal color analysis, and VR provided students with enjoyable and useful information while enhancing their employment capabilities. The event received positive responses from students of Seobusan Technical High School who participated.
Bae Il-gwon, Director of the Silla University University Job Plus Center, stated, “Through the specialized one-stop employment support service of the Silla University University Job Plus Center, we will do our best to nurture talent equipped with essential competencies for the development of promising local future industries.”
