LH Signs Joint Agreement on Regional Specialized Development with Namyangju City
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 31st that it has signed a joint business agreement with Namyangju City to promote regional specialized development for the growth of the northeastern metropolitan area.

The agreement was established to discover new growth engines based on a D.N.A (Data, Network, AI) city.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will form a 'Joint Council' to attract advanced anchor companies, convention centers, complex cultural facilities, and to develop a complex medical town and urban high-tech industrial complex. They agreed to mutually cooperate in establishing strategies and implementation plans.

Lee Han-jun, President of LH, stated, "We will actively cooperate with Namyangju City to successfully complete projects covering 16.04 million square meters (4.85 million pyeong) currently underway in Namyangju City," and added, "We will do our best to create high-quality transportation, living, cultural, and self-sufficient infrastructure that enhances the convenience and satisfaction of new city residents."
