Sunchang-gun Promotes 'Customer Service Skills Enhancement Training' for All Employees
As the administrative demands of the residents in Sunchang-gun, Jeonbuk increase and diversify, the county will conduct a "Visiting Customer Service Capacity Enhancement Training" for all county employees throughout next month to provide better services.
According to the county on the 30th, this training was prepared to strengthen public officials' customer service mindset and capabilities in civil administration, aiming to realize "a happy Sunchang for all residents" that is trusted by and satisfying to the residents.
Through the training, the county plans to implement customized civil complaint administration by enhancing complaint response skills tailored to residents' perspectives and on-site response capabilities during the complaint handling process, providing administrative services that go beyond satisfaction to impress the residents.
This training will depart from the traditional group and lecture-style education and will be conducted as on-site, visiting, customized customer service training organized by divisions, business offices, and towns and townships. This approach is expected to be effective in analyzing each department's strengths and weaknesses and helpful in providing services that residents can truly feel.
The specific training content will involve professional instructors conducting on-site monitoring in advance to check each department's level of friendliness by observing employees' complaint response attitudes and tone of voice, planning the training methods accordingly, and proceeding with personalized on-site coaching education.
County Governor Choi Young-il said, "I hope this training will be an opportunity for county employees to acquire basic etiquette and courteous complaint response skills, making friendly administration a daily practice," and added, "We will continue to strive in various ways to enhance the friendliness of county public officials."
