GC Care Partners with Korean Senior Citizens Association to Provide Senior Healthcare Services
GC Care announced on the 25th that it will provide healthcare services contributing to the health improvement of seniors in collaboration with the Korea Senior Citizens Association ICT Project Group.
This service is offered to members who subscribe to ‘Korea Senior Citizens Association Telecom,’ launched by the Korea Senior Citizens Association ICT Project Group to enhance senior communication welfare. It provides ▲consultations on health, exercise, and nutrition ▲one-on-one phone consultations with specialists in 17 fields ▲recommendations of renowned doctors by disease and assistance with appointment bookings ▲various health information and services to cultivate healthy lifestyle habits through the Eotteoke Care app.
Health consultations and appointment booking services are conducted through the ‘Human Touch’ service, which allows one-on-one phone consultations with experts. This aims to increase satisfaction among senior users. Additionally, by using the Eotteoke Care app, users can easily find hospitals and pharmacies operating 24/7 year-round, and also access services such as the Food Camera, which helps with diet management.
Through this collaboration, the two organizations plan to promote various services based on innovative digital technology that contribute to the health improvement of seniors in Korea. The service will undergo a pilot operation within this month and is scheduled for full launch starting next month.
