Promotion of Establishing a Local Smart City and Electric Vehicle Charging JV
Wellbiotech will establish a joint venture (JV) related to reconstruction projects with EURO-Invest-Holding LLC, an industrial complex management company located in the Lviv region of Ukraine.
Wellbiotech announced on the 25th that it signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with EURO-Invest to establish a JV for post-war reconstruction projects in Ukraine. This is a full-scale commercialization plan following the business agreement signed the previous day.
EURO-Invest is a smart city business affiliate of MAX LOGISTICS, Ukraine's largest logistics company. The MAX LOGISTICS group is promoting a ‘smart city’ project that includes Ukraine reconstruction projects and sponsorship activities, as well as cooperation with European and Asian countries.
Wellbiotech met with Serhii Badiak, chairman of the MAX LOGISTICS group, the day before and formed a partnership. The two companies will cooperate as strategic logistics partners for Ukraine logistics and international transportation business. They also agreed to collaborate on smart city projects and electric vehicle charging infrastructure construction projects promoted in their respective countries.
The JV to be established by the two companies will participate in the construction of logistics bases necessary for post-war recovery projects in Ukraine. In addition, they plan to jointly carry out future projects to distribute the Lviv smart city construction project promoted by EURO-Invest and the electric vehicle charger business promoted by Wellbiotech’s partner WellbiotechEVC in Ukraine.
Wellbiotech plans to carry out various materials and logistics transportation projects for war recovery through its subsidiary, the global integrated logistics company Roadstar C&AIR, and to expand the electric vehicle charging business through WellbiotechEVC.

A Wellbiotech official said, "We attended the Ukraine Reconstruction Forum held in Poland and discussed cooperation plans for reconstruction projects with various political, business, and academic figures." He added, "According to our confirmation, most of the power supply conditions in Ukraine have been restored, and they are in the stage of rapidly preparing reconstruction and smart city development projects. We will materialize the business through cooperation with local smart city specialized companies."
