The 52nd Competition: 36 Events from the 27th to 30th

The countdown has begun for the opening of the Ulsan National Youth Sports Festival.

The 52nd National Youth Sports Festival will be held over four days from the 27th to the 30th at a total of 48 venues, including Ulsan and other cities and provinces, featuring 36 sports events.

In Ulsan, 29 sports events will take place across 41 venues (6 in Jung-gu, 17 in Nam-gu, 5 in Dong-gu, 2 in Buk-gu, and 11 in Ulju-gun). In other cities and provinces, 7 sports events will be held at 7 venues (2 in Gangwon-do, 3 in Gyeongsangbuk-do, 1 in Daegu, and 1 in Busan).

To facilitate convenient transportation for the athletes, Ulsan City will provide 340 transport vehicles (68 charter buses and 272 taxis) from the 26th to the 31st. Additionally, information desks staffed by public officials, order maintenance officers, and volunteers will be deployed at the 48 venues, including Ulsan Sports Complex, to assist spectators.

All departments of Ulsan City and related organizations and groups will pair up with the 17 city and provincial teams on a one-to-one basis to serve as supporters.

During the Youth Sports Festival, a comprehensive traffic control center will be operated to manage traffic conditions in congested areas such as the Sports Complex (Byeongyeong Five-way Intersection, Bangusa Intersection, Dongcheon Gymnasium) and Munsu Sports Park (Duhyeon Three-way Intersection, Mugeo Three-way Intersection, Okhyeon Intersection).

From the 27th to the 29th, during the holiday period, busking performances including musical jump rope by local artists and youth art and dance clubs will be held around the Ulsan Sports Complex from 1 PM to 4 PM.
