Gyeonggi Office of Education, Training to Strengthen Competencies of Early Childhood Education Administrative Staff
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct a capacity-building training for early childhood education administrative officers over two days, from the 25th to the 26th, at Seoul National University Siheung Campus to enhance understanding of early childhood education policies and facilitate smooth administrative operations.
This training, the first in-person session since COVID-19, will be attended by about 90 early childhood education officers from the provincial office and 25 education support offices.
The main training topics include ▲ guidance on early childhood education policies ▲ understanding the kindergarten curriculum ▲ practical financial accounting for private kindergartens using K-EduFine ▲ group discussions and presentations.
In particular, to assist new and less experienced kindergarten officers, practical officers from the provincial office will provide detailed explanations of tasks by field. Additionally, regional kindergarten supervision and inspection, as well as major civil complaint cases, will be shared.
