Gangbuk-gu (District Mayor Lee Soon-hee) will hold the "10th, 11th, and 12th Pre-Resident Briefings on Redevelopment Projects" at 2 PM on the 23rd in the District Office 4th Floor Auditorium, and at 2 PM on the 25th and 1 PM on the 26th in the Suyu Health Center 5th Floor Multipurpose Hall.
The district continuously holds pre-resident briefings on redevelopment projects to provide accurate information about the projects and help residents understand, targeting residents in areas undergoing redevelopment and reconstruction.
In particular, the district expects to prevent resident confusion and conflicts in advance by holding briefings from the stage of distributing consent forms before the establishment of the association.
The participants are landowners in the areas where association establishment consent forms were distributed last month: Mia-dong 187-5 area, Mia-dong 187-1 area, Beon-dong 469-27 area (10th session), Suyu-dong 478-3 area (11th session), and Suyu-dong 58-85 area, Suyu-dong 57-47 area (12th session) for the street housing maintenance projects.
The briefing will be conducted by experts in the maintenance project field, covering topics such as project implementation procedures, details, contributions, consent and withdrawal criteria, followed by a Q&A session.
The district plans to conduct surveys on participants' understanding and satisfaction, and will continuously improve and develop the briefings based on the feedback.
Since December last year, Gangbuk-gu has held nine pre-resident briefings, attended by 440 landowners from 13 districts.
