Recruitment of Participants for 'Inmun For:rest' in Dong-gu, Gwangju
Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is recruiting participants for ‘Inmun For:rest’ until the 28th.
On the 22nd, Dong-gu announced that it is recruiting participants for the main programs of the festival, which will be held on the 10th and 11th of next month.
The main programs include ▲ Mudeung Inmun Run Walking ▲ Inmun Forest Tour ▲ Chunsul Reflection Garden ▲ Inmun Stay.
First, the ‘Mudeung Inmun Run Walking’ is a course that starts from Hakun Elementary School and walks to the grass plaza in front of the main festival stage, Munbinjeongsa.
The ‘Inmun Forest Tour’ offers four experiences: Drawing Art, Retro Photo, the Road to Mudeung, and Obang Tour.
The ‘Chunsul Reflection Garden’ is an event where participants can enjoy yoga and meditation with a singing bowl (a sound-producing bowl and meditation tool) master, as well as healing meditation while drinking Chunsul tea to calm the mind.
The ‘Inmun Stay’ takes place at Jeungsimsa Temple located on the western foothills of Mudeungsan Mountain, where participants can enjoy a temple stay, a traditional cultural experience program.
