A Man in His 50s Arrested for Stabbing Friend with a Weapon After a Minor Dispute
A man in his 50s was arrested by the police for stabbing his friend with a weapon over a trivial dispute.
According to the Jangseong Police Station in Jeonnam on the 22nd, a man in his 50s, identified as A, was apprehended and is under investigation for stabbing his friend in the back with a weapon (assault) following a minor argument.
A is accused of stabbing B once in the back with a kitchen knife at his home in Nam-myeon, Jangseong-gun, around 9:30 PM the previous day.
B was taken to the hospital but is reported to be in stable condition with no life-threatening injuries.
Police investigations revealed that the two were friends who had been drinking at A's house, and the dispute arose when an intoxicated B refused to return to his own home.
