SK Magic Announces Adoption of 'Consumer-Centered Management'

View original imageOn the 22nd, SK Magic announced its commitment to Consumer Centered Management (CCM) and appointed a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to the public.
CCM certification is a system that evaluates whether all corporate activities are conducted from the consumer's perspective and whether continuous improvement efforts are being made. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission. The certification is valid for two years and can be renewed for another two years through re-evaluation.
The CCM introduction ceremony held on the 19th at the Hwaseong factory was attended by key executives and members, including Yoon Yo-seop, CEO of SK Magic. On this day, SK Magic formed a task force (TF) team and launched a committee to establish a company-wide consumer-centered management system to promote CCM certification, and appointed Yoon Hak-jin, the Hwaseong factory manager, as CCO.
Through the declaration, SK Magic reaffirmed its strong commitment to practicing socially responsible management and becoming a "Home Life Curation Company" that provides core values pursued by customers through the best services and product development for customer satisfaction, while leading a consumer-oriented management culture.
Going forward, SK Magic plans to continuously strengthen its consumer-centered management system by regularly operating education programs for members through the TF organization, taking the lead in preventing consumer damage, actively discovering customers' voices, and reflecting them in management activities.
