The housing market for next week is expected to be quiet. A total of 1,229 households will be supplied nationwide, including one location in the metropolitan area.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 1,229 households (including publicly supported private rentals, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at three locations nationwide in the fourth week of May.
In the metropolitan area, subscription applications will be accepted on the 22nd at one location: Dietre The First in Seoul Eunpyeong New Town, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (64 households).
In the provinces, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted on the 23rd for Dietre The First in Busan Eco Delta City, located in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan. It consists of 22 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 10, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 110㎡, totaling 972 households.
Also on the same day, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for Lotte Castle Grand Park on Munsu-ro, Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan. It consists of 193 households with exclusive areas of 84㎡, in buildings ranging from basement level 5 to ground level 41.
