Kim Cheol-woo, Bosung County Governor, Becomes Region's First 'Nanum Leader'
The Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea announced on the 19th that Kim Cheol-woo, the governor of Boseong County, Jeonnam, has been named the first "Boseong Sharing Leader."
The "Relay Campaign of 220 Sharing Leaders" is a fundraising project conducted by the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea to lead a culture of sharing within the local community. It will run for seven months until November 30.
The qualification for becoming a Sharing Leader is given to those who donate or pledge to donate more than 1 million KRW within one year.
The donations will be used for the "Our Neighborhood Welfare Task Force" project, which aims to alleviate daily inconveniences for vulnerable groups in the Jeonnam region and support households in crisis.

Governor Kim said, "I hope that small donations will become a warm helping hand to neighbors in need," and added, "I hope to practice sharing as a Sharing Leader and further spread the culture of sharing within the local community."
