This drill was originally planned as a nationwide participation exercise, but due to it being the first nationwide participation drill in six years, confusion and inconvenience among the public were anticipated. Therefore, it was changed to be conducted first at government offices and then gradually expanded to include public participation.
During the drill, after the air raid alarm was issued at 2 PM, participants quickly evacuated to the underground civil defense shelter within 5 minutes following the guidance of the designated personnel. Then, for 15 minutes until the alarm was lifted, CPR training and emergency public action guidelines were provided by the Uiryeong Fire Station.
