Hyundai Engineering Conducts Non-Face-to-Face Step Donation 'Exciting Steps Campaign 7'
Hyundai Engineering announced on the 17th that it is conducting a non-face-to-face step donation social contribution activity, the 'Exciting Steps Campaign 7,' in collaboration with the social contribution platform BigWalk.
The campaign runs until the 11th of next month and is an open campaign that general citizens can participate in. The goal for this campaign is 700 million steps.
After installing the BigWalk application (app) on their smartphones, participants donate the steps measured during daily life or exercise to Hyundai Engineering's campaign. When the target number of steps is achieved, support items are delivered to vulnerable residents living in small rooms in Seoul.
First launched in 2020, this campaign has so far involved a total of over 81,000 employees and general participants, collecting more than 4.13 billion steps, which were used to provide winter clothing, electric mats, various food items, and more to the small-room residents.
