Employees of Cheongju Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital and members of the Cheongju Jaseng Volunteer Group personally made over 200 pieces of bread, including cream puffs and morning buns, at a bakery workshop located in Sangdang-gu, Cheongju, Chungbuk. The carefully made bread was promptly delivered to the Bichuri and Gwangseong local children's centers.
Hospital Director Choi Woo-sung said, "With the recent sharp rise in prices causing increased meal problems for children facing food insecurity, we are pleased that employees and volunteers could come together to share warm hearts during May, the month of family. We will continue to seek more diverse social contribution activities that can help children's health alongside medical volunteer services."
