Gwangju Bukbu Fire Station Promotes Donation Campaign for Firefighting Artifacts Exhibited in Museums
Gwangju Bukbu Fire Station announced on the 15th that it will promote the 'Firefighting Relics Collection and Donation Campaign' throughout the year for exhibition at the National Firefighting Museum, which is under construction with the goal of opening in 2025.
The 'Firefighting Relics Collection and Donation Campaign' aims to establish a quantitative and qualitative foundation of firefighting relics that contain the historical value of firefighting and to reexamine the history of firefighting in Korea through systematic management.
The relics to be collected include firefighting-related books, items, clothing, equipment, and vehicles, regardless of size or type.
To donate or participate, visit the online Firefighting Relics Archive of the Fire Agency, click on the firefighting relic donation campaign, fill out the firefighting relic donation application form, and submit the application form along with photos of the relics via email or mail.
