Daegu Jung-gu Office Supports Small Business Owners with 2% Loan Interest for 2 Years
On the 12th, Daegu Jung-gu Office signed a tripartite business agreement with Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation and Daegu Bank Jung-gu Branch to support funding for small business owners struggling with high interest rates and high prices.
Daegu Jung-gu Office allocated a contribution fund of 100 million KRW in the first supplementary budget of 2023 to promote support policies for small business owners with relatively low credit ratings. Accordingly, Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation decided to provide special guarantees with a guarantee limit of up to 1 billion KRW. Any small business owner who has a business place in Daegu Jung-gu and has been operating for more than three months can visit Daegu Bank Jung-gu Branch to apply for the special guarantee.

View original imageThrough this agreement, small business owners can receive low-interest loans for up to 30 million KRW per business for a maximum of five years, depending on the credit rating determined by the Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation’s screening. Additionally, Jung-gu Office will support 2% of the loan interest on Daegu Bank loans for small business owners for two years. Small business owners will be able to benefit from lower interest rates.
