Key facilities include the country’s largest drone-specialized facility, ‘Taean-gun UV Land,’ and Hyundai Motor Company’s ‘HMG Driving Experience Center,’ which offers diverse driving experiences.
In this project, Hyundai Construction is responsible for building hub spaces that provide various conveniences and experiences to local residents and tourists, called Mobility Stations. In the old downtown, they will establish the ‘Adventure Care Station’ to support the elderly’s daily lives and improve mobility and medical accessibility, while in the corporate city, they will build the ‘Adventure Tour Station’ as a landmark offering tourism services.
In particular, Hyundai Construction plans to operate a demand-responsive bus (DRT) in collaboration with Hyundai Motor’s MCS Lab, which will flexibly adjust routes and stops according to passenger demand to ensure smooth mobility in Taean-gun’s old downtown. This is expected to create synergy effects through active collaboration with group companies, alongside the development of tourism products linked to the ‘HMG Driving Experience Center’ operated by Hyundai Motor.
