During this period, The Parkview will offer premium sushi including fatty and lean parts of the highest-grade bluefin tuna, as well as flatfish, sweet shrimp, yellowtail, and conger eel sushi. The entire menu features the chef's special dishes with seaweed and sea urchin roe. One type of champagne and one type of white wine that complement the sushi flavors will also be provided.
