20s Son Who Hit Father on Parents' Day Saying "Stop Drinking"
A man in his 20s was arrested by the police for assaulting his father during an argument on Parents' Day.
The Gwangju Seobu Police Station announced on the 9th that they have detained and are investigating a man in his 20s, Mr. A, on charges of assaulting a family member.
Mr. A is accused of hitting his father, who is in his 60s, once on the face with his hand at an apartment in Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City around 11:50 p.m. the previous day.
Mr. A committed the act after arguing with his father, telling him to "stop drinking so much."
