Buk-gu conducted a final evaluation of 18 proactive administration cases that passed preliminary screening by employee voting and an internal evaluation team, judging them on four criteria: resident perception, the staff's proactiveness, creativity, and expertise, the importance and difficulty of the task, and the potential for dissemination. From this, five outstanding cases were selected.

Public officials involved in the selected outstanding proactive administration cases will receive personnel incentives such as additional points in performance evaluations and the highest grade in performance bonuses.
