‘2023 Korea Livestock Expo’... Held at Banpo Hangang Park Dalbit Park
The '2023 Korea Livestock Expo' was held on the morning of the 1st at Dalbit Square in Banpo Hangang Park, Seoul.
The event was organized as part of the domestic demand revitalization measures announced on March 29. From the 1st to the 2nd, a pop-up store format was used to host cooking lectures by famous chefs, livestock product tasting events, and discount sales of up to 50% compared to market prices. Simultaneously, discount events will be held at large supermarkets, online malls, and restaurants until May 17.
The opening ceremony, hosted by the Livestock Industry Fund Committee and the Dairy Promotion Committee, was attended by Jeong Hwang-geun, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, as well as heads of livestock organizations and consumer groups.

In his congratulatory speech, Minister Jeong stated, “The government plans to promote supply and demand stabilization measures such as stabilizing farm production costs and consumer prices, and to work with livestock organizations to carry out discount events so that consumers and producers can coexist and prosper together.”
