Drunk Driver in 20s Caught Driving the Wrong Way Near Dongjak Station
A driver in their 20s who caused a wrong-way driving accident while intoxicated near Dongjak Station in Seoul was apprehended by the police.
The Seoul Dongjak Police Station announced on the 1st that they have booked driver A, in their 20s, on charges including drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act and violation of the Special Act on the Treatment of Traffic Accidents.
A is suspected of driving 700 to 800 meters in the wrong direction on a 4-lane road near Dongjak Station in Seoul around 11:10 PM the previous day while intoxicated, colliding with an oncoming vehicle.
