Geochang-gun Begins 2023 Gyeongsangnam-do Social Survey
Survey of 800 Households Until the 17th
Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is conducting the 2023 Gyeongsangnam-do Social Survey targeting 800 households and household members aged 15 and over in 53 sample survey districts within the county by 17th of this month with 10 surveyors.
This survey has been conducted annually since 1992 in collaboration with Gyeongsangnam-do to understand social interests related to the quality of life of county residents and changes in consciousness according to the times, serving as basic data for policy decisions.
This year's survey items include 43 common items across five sectors such as housing and transportation, culture and leisure, and education, as well as 9 items in two sectors reflecting the characteristics of Geochang-gun, such as transportation and cultural tourism.
The survey methods include face-to-face interviews conducted by surveyors wearing identification badges visiting target households directly, self-administered surveys where questionnaires are distributed and collected, and internet surveys (from the 1st to the 12th). Households that complete the survey will receive a small token of appreciation.
