Sharing Concerns of Middle-Aged and Older Generations Approaching Retirement
Anonymous Community, Pension Benefit Estimate Inquiry, and More
BNK Gyeongnam Bank is continuously expanding the lineup of content available on its mobile banking app.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 27th that it will implement the mobile lifestyle benefit service "Retirement & Pension Service."
The Retirement & Pension Service offers ▲ Wayers, an anonymous community for middle-aged and older generations approaching retirement to share their concerns ▲ basic pension account change service ▲ corporate matching service for retirees seeking reemployment ▲ integrated pension inquiry service (including national pension, retirement pension, personal pension, etc.) scheduled to launch in June.
In particular, Wayers, the anonymous community for middle-aged and older generations to share their concerns, is a service recently launched by the Gyeongnam-based startup Technicians Forest, providing a space where customers approaching retirement can freely share their stories.
To use the service, access the "Lifestyle Benefits" menu at the bottom of the main screen of the mobile banking app and select "Retirement & Pension."
Lee Kyung-gi, Deputy General Manager of the Digital Strategy Department, said, "The Retirement & Pension Service introduced on the BNK Gyeongnam Bank mobile banking app consists of services that allow customers to learn about and prepare in advance for a happy retirement. We will continue to do our best to provide useful information to our customers."
