Kia announced on the 26th that it will provide the K Delivery service free of charge throughout May as a customer appreciation event.
From the 2nd to the 31st of next month, Kia will offer one round-trip K Delivery service free of charge to customers who book maintenance with Auto Q service partners through the Total Reservation Center. (Limited to warranty repairs; direct service centers are excluded)
The K Delivery service is a contactless vehicle maintenance service where professional delivery personnel pick up the vehicle from the customer's desired location and return the repaired vehicle to them, designed for customers who find it difficult to visit Auto Q. The service is available nationwide within a one-way distance of 30 km, including remote islands and Jeju.
After applying for the service, customers can hand over their vehicle to a professional driver within 30 minutes, or within 1 hour in remote island areas. The assignment of drivers and vehicle movement status can be checked in real time via KakaoTalk.
