EnufU Co., Ltd. Updates Parenting App ‘Enuf - Easy and Smart Nutrition Management, Essential Parenting App’
New Features Added Including Sleep and Bowel Movement Pattern Tracking
Enough Co., Ltd., which operates the childcare app ‘Enough - Easy and Smart Nutrition Management, Essential Childcare App’ (hereinafter referred to as Enough), recently announced a major update adding new features such as sleep and bowel movement pattern recording.
‘Enough’ is a childcare app that allows parents, guardians, or childcare helpers to record the intake of breast milk, formula, baby food, supplements, snacks, etc. Based on this data, users can receive nutrient and diet analysis as well as formula and baby food recommendations. The app has been well received through Google Play and the App Store. To date, the app has accumulated over 50,000 members, and through the official Enough Kakao Plus Friend channel, it provides quick communication with users within 24 hours as well as non-face-to-face nutrition consultations.
Enough Co., Ltd. has operated ‘Enough’ based on over 10 million accumulated diet data entries from app users, more than 7,000 types of proprietary processed data, various nutrition analysis information, and a customized dietary medicine recommendation algorithm. The company also runs big data-based customized baby food delivery services called ‘Enough Box’ and ‘Enough Meal Kit.’ Additionally, it was recently selected as an ‘Excellent Digital-Based Dietary Management App Service of 2022’ by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the Korea Health Industry Development Institute.
With the recent update, the ‘Enough’ app now includes a feature to record sleep and bowel movement information, enabling easy tracking and management of a child’s sleep and bowel movement patterns.
Moreover, a diet feature has been added to allow systematic weekly/monthly diet management in a calendar format. By adding records not only of simple diets but also of sleep and bowel movements closely related to the child’s health, the app is evolving into a comprehensive childcare app that records all health factors throughout the child’s daily life in detail.
