The donation campaign is a social contribution activity in which Hyundai Engineering employees have directly collected items such as clothing, miscellaneous goods, small home appliances, and daily necessities twice a year since 2017 and delivered them to Goodwill Store, a vocational rehabilitation facility for people with disabilities.
So far, about 5,400 employees have participated, donating a total of approximately 74,000 items.
The donated items through the delivery ceremony are sorted, processed, and packaged directly by disabled workers employed at Goodwill Store and sold to consumers, thereby contributing to job creation for people with disabilities and establishing a foundation for economic independence.
Meanwhile, in addition to item donations, Hyundai Engineering also supports the opening of new Goodwill Store branches through the Love Sharing Fund voluntarily raised by employees, and participates directly in volunteer activities for sorting items to help with labor shortages.
