View original imageThe 'Single-Use Products Zero Challenge' is a nationwide campaign initiated by the Ministry of Environment on February 27th to reduce the use of single-use products and encourage public participation in using reusable products. The campaign proceeds by posting pledges to reduce single-use products on each institution's social networking services (SNS) and nominating the next participant.
Governor Jang said, "We can protect the environment simply by reducing single-use products," adding, "I will reduce the use of single-use cups and PET bottles in daily life, meetings, and events, and increase the use of reusable cups and tumblers."
