GH to Supply '10-Year Sale Conversion Public Rental Housing' in Dasan New Town
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply '10-year sale-conversion public rental housing' in Dasan New Town, Namyangju.
On the 5th, GH announced that it is recruiting tenants for the 10-year sale-conversion public rental housing 'Dasan Station Jayeon & Prugio' in Jingeon A3 Block, Dasan New Town.
The 10-year sale-conversion public rental housing is rented to non-homeowners at about 90% of the market price for 10 years, and the housing is converted to sale after the rental period ends.
GH will supply a total of 1,272 households, including 509 units with an exclusive area of 51㎡ and 763 units with 59㎡.
This supply complex is equipped with convenience and comfort, as there are various commercial facilities and Dasan Waterfront Park nearby. In particular, Dasan Station is scheduled to be built in front of the complex, which is expected to increase transportation convenience.
