Naurobotics Completes 4 Billion KRW Series A Funding... "Listing on KOSDAQ Within the Year"
Industrial robot company Now Robotics announced on the 5th that it has secured 4 billion KRW in Series A funding. This funding round marks the company's first venture capital (VC) investment since its investment from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund in 2021.
The investment round included participation from G&Tech Venture Investment, Devsisters Ventures, and Hana Securities. With this funding, Now Robotics plans to aggressively expand its business by scaling up mass production of robots and increasing investment in research and development.
Now Robotics has established a diverse lineup of industrial robot products, including Cartesian robots, articulated robots, and SCARA robots. Recently, the company developed autonomous logistics robots, actively expanding into the logistics robot market. Now Robotics possesses a wide range of products from industrial robots to logistics robots based on manufacturing industry expertise.
Now Robotics has selected Daishin Securities as the lead underwriter, with Hi Investment & Securities participating as a co-underwriter. The company is currently undergoing a full-year designated audit for 2022 and conducting a technology evaluation for a technology-specialized IPO, aiming for a public listing this year. It plans to submit a preliminary review application in the first half of this year and enter the KOSDAQ market in the second half.

Through increased R&D and listing on KOSDAQ, we aim to grow into a global robot company within the next five years.”
