Hoban Group announced on the 29th that it has carried out personnel appointments for some group executives along with naming key executives, including Song Jong-min, the new Vice Chairman and CEO, ahead of the regular general meeting of shareholders of Daehan Electric Wire scheduled for the 30th.
Daehan Electric Wire has been evaluated to have successfully completed the stabilization of its management under the leadership of former CEO Na Hyung-gyun for two years since its incorporation into Hoban Group in 2021.
Hoban Group plans to strengthen its homefront system by appointing Song Jong-min, the group’s Vice Chairman and CEO of Hoban Industry, the parent company of Daehan Electric Wire, as the new CEO.
Additionally, to promote business diversification and management innovation at Daehan Electric Wire, Kim Jun-seok, head of Hoban Group’s Strategic Planning Office who led the acquisition efforts, has been appointed as the head of the Management Strategy Division.
Daehan Electric Wire is expected to complete the appointment of the CEO through the shareholders’ meeting and board of directors at the time of the expiration of CEO Na Hyung-gyun’s term.
Alongside this, Hoban Group has made some group executive appointments, including appointing Park Jae-wook, former CEO of Dae-a Cheonggwa, as CEO of Hoban Property.
