Jeju Island's 'Je2 Gonghang' Listens to Residents' Diverse Opinions

1st Provincial Residents Listening Session Held

Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced on the 28th that it will hold the 'Jeju 2nd Airport 1st Resident Listening Session' at Seongsan National Sports Center from 3 PM to 5 PM on the 29th.

This listening session was organized to hear various opinions from residents regarding the Jeju 2nd Airport on site. It will be broadcast live on Jeju Province's official YouTube channel, 'Binnaneun JejuTV.'

The session will proceed in the order of explanation of the basic plan (draft) for Jeju 2nd Airport, presentation of opinions from representatives of both support and opposition sides, collection of floor opinions, and responses.

Regarding the opinions presented on the day, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Jeju 2nd Airport basic plan (draft) task force, and Jeju Province officials will directly respond through consultations depending on the questions raised.

Additionally, written opinions will be collected from attendees and officially accepted as formal feedback.

Following the first resident listening session on the 29th, Jeju Province plans to hold two more sessions in consultation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport next month.
