Geumcheon Police Station and Gangnam Circular Road Joint Crackdown and Traffic Campaign Conducted
On the 28th, the Geumcheon Police Station in Seoul announced that it conducted a traffic safety campaign and drunk driving crackdown for about one hour starting from 1 PM on the 22nd.
The traffic safety campaign on that day was carried out jointly by the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station, the road operator Gangnam Sunhwan Road, and the Seoul Southern Road Office (Overload Control Team), the jurisdictional road management authority. A total of 32 people participated in this campaign.
Public awareness efforts were made regarding the recently revised Road Traffic Act Enforcement Rules, including the "temporary stop when turning right on a red light," alongside crackdowns on drunk driving.
