Busan Office of Education Operates 24-Hour Civil Complaint Consultation Chatbot Service 'Allido'
Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will operate a chatbot service called ‘Allido’ on the office’s website starting April 3, providing 24-hour online civil complaint consultations.
A chatbot refers to a computer program or artificial intelligence (AI) that can communicate via text or voice.
‘Allido’ was developed to provide efficient and diverse civil complaint services, reflecting the recent trend of complainants preferring non-face-to-face consultations. The name was suggested by Busan citizens and carries the meaning of kindly informing users about their civil complaint inquiries.
‘Allido’ understands and responds to complainants’ questions regarding ▲school transfers ▲qualification exams ▲academy registration ▲civil complaint submissions ▲academic schedules, and more.
Additionally, as an ‘expanded AI chatbot’ that leads conversations with complainants, feedback such as satisfaction evaluations and incorrect answer reports will be managed by dedicated personnel, who will continuously upgrade the response content.
The Office of Education will conduct a pilot operation until the end of March, address any shortcomings, and officially launch the service on April 3.
