Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station and Kumho Tire Factory Joint Fire Drill
Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station announced on the 27th that it recently conducted a joint fire drill at Kumho Tire Gwangju Plant to enhance fire and disaster response capabilities.
This drill focused on disaster response in various fields, such as situation propagation led by the in-house fire brigade, initial fire suppression, and rescue tactics, by simulating a fire outbreak in the tire logistics warehouse and a rescue situation involving a person trapped on the rooftop.
Gwangsan Fire Station aimed to improve the understanding of on-site personnel by providing special training on facility status and operating systems through an on-site inspection of Kumho Tire Gwangju Plant, and to enhance the initial response capabilities of the in-house fire brigade through the joint fire drill.
