Police Receive Minor Disciplinary Action for Accidentally Sending Han Dong-hoon's Home Address

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 24th that it held a disciplinary committee meeting the previous day and decided on minor disciplinary measures for the investigator and team leader responsible for the investigative error case involving the leakage of Minister Han's personal information. Disciplinary actions were also taken against the personnel and team leader responsible for the negligent investigation of the Eastar Jet recruitment corruption allegations.
The Seoul Police stated, "To ensure a fair perspective and thorough deliberation, the disciplinary committee was composed of a majority of external members from various fields, including legal professionals." They explained that the committee judged that all subjects under review were found to have violated their duties and thus resolved to impose disciplinary measures.
