NHN Proceeds with Treasury Stock Cancellation Worth 47 Billion KRW
NHN announced on the 23rd that it will cancel treasury shares worth a total of 47 billion KRW based on book value.
In August last year, NHN announced a special treasury share cancellation plan to cancel 10% of the total issued shares over three years until 2024. In the same month, it carried out a cancellation of 1,500,717 treasury shares, equivalent to 4% of the total issued shares, amounting to 74.8 billion KRW based on book value.
NHN, embarking on its second treasury share cancellation, plans to cancel 1,080,516 shares, equivalent to 3% of the total issued shares. The scheduled cancellation amount is 47 billion KRW based on book value, and the cancellation date is set for the 31st of this month.
