Minimal Additional Cooking · Increased Convenience
Lotte Hotel Seoul announced on the 22nd the launch of a new To-Go product that allows guests to enjoy gourmet dishes prepared by a 5-star hotel chef outdoors in celebration of spring.
Lotte Hotel Seoul has upgraded and reorganized the To-Go menu with signature dishes from the buffet restaurant 'La Seine,' including lamb chops, grilled lobster, Kung Pao sea eel, and chicken curry, bringing these flavors to everyday dining tables. The La Seine lamb chop dish features eight Australian lamb chops (1 rack) topped with extra virgin olive oil and rosemary. Mashed potatoes are also included.
The grilled lobster is cooked with butter and Parmigiano cheese, characterized by its rich flavor and chewy texture. A chili sauce is provided for a sweet and tangy taste. The nutritious eel has been reinvented as Kung Pao sea eel with Kung Pao sauce. The chicken curry set consists of Jalfrezi curry, garlic naan, and chicken malai kebab. The Jalfrezi curry is popular for its spicy flavor tailored to Korean tastes.
The new To-Go products can be reserved via Naver and by phone. Online reservations must be made by midnight the day before the usage date, and phone reservations must be placed by 6 p.m. the day before the usage date. After ordering, items can be picked up at the pickup zone in front of the hotel’s first-floor door desk or at Delica Hans.
