FKI International Management Institute to Launch 'Strategic Management Senior Executive Program' in Early May
The International Business Institute affiliated with the Federation of Korean Industries announced on the 16th that it will open an advanced strategic management executive course for executives to establish optimal growth strategies and make decisions.
This course focuses on enhancing strategic thinking skills in the decision-making process of senior executives. In particular, it is expected to be highly beneficial for strategic judgments and decisions that executives face daily, such as responding to and applying rapidly changing digital environments, prioritizing and investing according to financial conditions, and applying and utilizing new innovative technologies.
Strategic management lectures will be delivered by Professor Kim Dong-jae of Yonsei University, finance by Professor Hwang Yi-seok of Seoul National University, and technology strategy by Professor Lee Jun-gi, among other expert faculty members. During the course, participants will examine real-world cases of corporate growth, innovation, and turnaround strategies, and customized growth strategy solutions tailored to each participant’s company will also be provided.
A 2-day, 1-night workshop with the faculty allows for the formation of personal networks and business exchanges between professors and participants.

The course begins on May 4 and runs every Thursday for 10 weeks until July 6.
