The police are conducting a search and seizure at the Ministry of National Defense on the 15th in connection with suspicions that the fortune teller Cheongong was involved in the relocation of the presidential residence.
The Cyber Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency sent investigators to the Ministry of National Defense building in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in the afternoon to secure related materials such as vehicle entry and exit records.
The police plan to analyze the seized items to verify the facts regarding the suspicion that Cheongong conducted a preliminary inspection of the Army office within the Ministry of National Defense premises.
