Pukyong National University Selected for 'University FTA Utilization Course Support Project'
National Pukyong National University has been selected for the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's '2023 University FTA (Free Trade Agreement) Utilization Course Support Project.'
The project aims to support universities in offering regular FTA courses to train practical personnel necessary for companies to utilize FTAs.
With this selection, Pukyong National University will receive 10 million KRW this year, including field training expenses, to establish and operate the major course "Understanding and Utilizing FTAs" organized by the Department of International Trade.
The Department of International Trade at Pukyong National University strengthens educational outcomes by matching students with companies and experts to enhance students' practical work skills. In particular, it plans to cultivate global talents by enhancing employment capabilities through customized education and field training aimed at improving students' major competencies.
