On the same day, President Yoon held a luncheon at the Blue House State Guest House with the Korea Disaster Relief Team (KDRT) and public-private officials, stating, "The government, along with your dedication and the warm hearts of the people, will continue to support the recovery and reconstruction of Turkey."

In particular, President Yoon announced, "The government and the private sector will jointly raise more than 10 million dollars to participate in the temporary housing project for disaster victims." He added, "The warm hands of our people helping Turkey’s reconstruction continue to extend," and said, "We will support the swift transportation of 250 temporary housing containers for Turkish disaster victims, donated by the Korea Shipping Association."
First Lady Kim Keon-hee, who attended the luncheon, met the 119 rescue dogs (Tina, Haetae, Tobaek, and Tori) that were dispatched to the earthquake site and conducted rescue operations for 10 days. President Yoon and the First Lady examined the injured legs of the 119 rescue dogs Tobaek and Haetae, who were wounded during the rescue process, and encouraged the rescue dogs and their handlers.
