Operation of Play Programs, Guaranteeing Children's Right to Play
Gumi City (Mayor Kim Jang-ho) started operating the 2023 'Visiting Kkureogi Play Planning Team' at six children's playgrounds in the city, including Nakdonggang Sports Park, at 2 p.m. on the 4th.
As a UNICEF Child-Friendly City, Gumi has trained 14 play planners who will run traditional games such as Four Corners, Rolling Hoops, and Jegichagi, as well as applied play programs like Parachute, One Mark, and Hwangsae Baebsae, targeting all children using the playgrounds during the first half (March to May) and second half (September to November) of the year to promote children's right to play.
