Hwasun-gun Recruiting Companies to Participate in 'Jeonnam Youth Employment Retention Incentive'
Applications Accepted from the 3rd to the 10th
Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 2nd that it will recruit participating companies for the '2023 Jeonnam Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project' for eight days from the 3rd to the 10th.
The 2023 Jeonnam Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project was established to support employment stability in small and medium-sized enterprises and to encourage long-term employment of employees.
The county supports youths employed as regular workers with up to 20 million KRW per person over four years (15 million KRW for the youth, 5 million KRW for the company) to encourage long-term employment of young workers in SMEs and to reduce the wage gap with large corporations.

Eligible applicants are youths aged 39 or younger who have worked for 1 to 4 years at companies located in Hwasun-gun with 5 to fewer than 300 employees insured under employment insurance. A total of 65 individuals will be selected and supported, including 5 in the first year, 20 in the second year, 15 in the third year, and 25 in the fourth year.
