GH, Supply of 13 Industrial Facility Lots in Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) District

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is supplying 13 industrial facility sites in the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district of the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone.

Unlike the previous policy that allowed only one industry per block, the newly announced changes to the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district development plan (15th revision) and implementation plan (7th revision) now permit 4 to 6 multiple industries per block.

The permitted industries per block include ▲C20 (Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products) ▲C26 (Manufacture of electronic components and communication equipment) ▲C28 (Manufacture of electrical equipment) ▲C29 (Manufacture of other machinery and equipment) ▲C30 (Manufacture of motor vehicles and trailers) ▲C31 (Manufacture of other transport equipment). Details on multiple industry allowances per site can be confirmed through the official announcement.

The total supply area is 102,314㎡, with individual sites ranging from a minimum of 2,650.2㎡ to a maximum of 12,102.8㎡. The supply price, based on development cost, is 475,219 KRW per 1㎡.

This district boasts excellent accessibility to Pyeongtaek Port, National Road No. 38, and the Seo-Pyeongtaek IC on the West Coast Expressway, making it a key logistics and transportation hub. It is also well connected to nearby industrial clusters, including multiple finished vehicle factories and Samsung Electronics. Additionally, the supply price is about 20% lower than the surrounding market prices, which is one of the strengths of the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district.

Meanwhile, the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district is the only core hub district within the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone located in Poseung-eup, Pyeongtaek City, jointly developed by GH and Pyeongtaek Urban Corporation.

The district covers a total area of 2.04 million㎡, including 780,000㎡ of industrial facility land, 550,000㎡ of logistics facility land, as well as residential, neighborhood living facilities, and other support facilities. The project was completed in December last year, and land use is available upon full payment of the land price.

Applications for sale are open from the 6th to the 8th of this month. Installment payments of up to 3 years are available depending on the sale amount.
