Accordingly, LG Uplus mobile customers can replace their USIM free of charge regardless of whether their personal information has been leaked. MVNO customers using the LG Uplus network can contact their respective service provider's customer center to request a replacement.
LG Uplus mobile customers who wish to replace their USIM can apply through the banner on the company's website. Customers who apply will receive a notification message, and following the instructions, they can visit a store with their ID and mobile phone starting from the 8th of next month to replace their USIM.
